Summary/Abstract: Body percussion has developed from music therapy and it is a low-requirement activity that can be practiced in various settings, as it is believed that it encourages physical, mental and social development. Based on the idea that body percussion can be a useful music activity outside music therapy sessions, we conducted a survey on the applicability and effects of body percussion among first and second year music students on Academy of Arts and Culture in Osijek, Croatia.
