Summary/Abstract: The special provisions of Arts. 910 914 of the Code of Civil Procedure, of Law no. 272/2004 on the protection and promotion of the rights of the child, as well as those of the Civil Code, which apply to measures regarding minors included in a writ of execution, lay down a procedure that has profound emotional impact on the participants in the enforcement procedure, when the provisions of the final judgments are not carried out voluntarily, including on the officers competent to carry out the enforcement. We appreciate the current Code of Civil Procedure which, by way of the mentioned provisions, lays down clearer rules for the enforcement procedure of judgments and other enforceable titles regarding minors as, up to the new regulations, there was often need to resort to some kind of artifices in the law or case law, that would have manifest traumatic consequences for the minors.
