Summary/Abstract: Continuous development of the European Union, marked by considerable expansion of "borders" of his ever‐increasing level of economic and political integration, undeniable contribution to maintaining peace and stability on the European continent, coupled with the creation of Economic and Monetary Union (EMU), giving place a higher level of economic integration led long ignored one aspect, moreover, unlikely until recently: withdrawal from the EU and EMU.
