Summary/Abstract: Purpose – Procurement is a factor that accommodates many variables such as quality, performance and cost of enterprises and provides strategic competitive advantage. Making the right decision for both production and service sectors has a significant contribution in terms of process efficiency. Because the first step of the supply chain is the correct selection of suppliers and contributing to the achievement of the objectives of the enterprise within the framework of sustainable relations. Businesses must concentrate on their capabilities and work with experts who are willing to receive the remaining support. Therefore, they prefer outsourcing to achieve this. At this point, the problem of supplier selection is a difficult multi-criteria decision making process and an effective method should be chosen. The aim of this study is to determine which criteria are taken into consideration in the selection of suppliers based on various factors that cause enterprises to purchase some products or services from outside instead of producing them and To support the decision-making process among alternatives by using multi-criteria decision making methods to help decision makers about supplier selection.
