Summary/Abstract: Real estate consultancy is an important job area among the entities that operating in service sector. This activity in the real-estate area has clarified the impact on the mobility in the sector and the importance of trust element of the additional investment oriented within the frame of sevice purchase process of high-income groups or for the people who are willing to purchase accounting for investement. Due to the process efficiency of all activities carried out in the sectoral sense and its economic contribution to the sector, the trust factor is among the issues that are studied intensively. In this direction, the main purpose of the study is; To advert on the importance of the concept of trust, whether customers trust real estate agents and whether real estate agents can give a sense of trust to the customers who come to them, to support businesses in terms of attracting customers to them and to raise awareness for the continuity of businesses. The scale of the survey within the scope of the study was applied in the central district of Gaziantep city Şahinbey. Sampling the sample from the real estate agents who have received services for a certain fee or are in the past 18 years and goats to request services. In the study, the data obtained from the survey scales applied to 420 customers were analyzed with the SPSS 22.0 package program. According to the findings, it is concluded that the effect of trust factor differs between men and women, and in this case, salespeople give women less trust than men.
