Summary/Abstract: Purpose –With this study, the organizational culture measurements of universities, which can be defined as complex organizations in terms of structure, mission, inputs, resources, stakeholders and their relations with the environment, it is aimed to reveal what they did with which dimensions and methods by examining their existing strategic plans.
