Summary/Abstract: Cultural interactions show continuity among the countries, societies or social groups are sometimes slow but sometimes more evident, but always persistent. The source of this interactions is sometimes a scientist, artist, through people such as politicians, and sometimes a motive, games or plays, stories sometimes incurred over a flower. From this point of view, it is an important place for tulip in cultural interaction between Ottoman and Netherlands. In the context of the article, the reflections of tulip in Ottoman and Netherland art were investigated.
