Summary/Abstract: Crime as a social phenomenon occurred with the formation of archaic human community. You can not talk about earlier this historic crime because "where there are no rules and no moral crimes". Scientific research conducted reinforce the idea that claims that the first concerns the punishment of individual behaviors were considered dangerous due to the need protecting human communities constituted adverse natural conditions which always endanger survival. Naturally, the response group in danger, to those who, by their behavior, amplified risk that state was very toug. Preventing antisocial acts was therefore a concern of people can say, without fail, that crime prevention has emerged with the first penalty in the world.
