Summary/Abstract: It speaks about a phenomenon which occured between 2012-2013, when romanian citizens who have bought vehicles from the western european countries, fraudulently/abusively used the ”P” type hungarian license plates to drive/transport the vehicles to Romania. Due to the excelent bilateral police cooperation and exchange of informations, including the relevant legislation in both countries, this phenomenon was finally put to an end.
