Summary/Abstract: It speaks about some specific aspects of the police cooperation in cases of drunk driving offenses committed by romanians in Hungary, namely the problem of retaining the drivers license by the hungarian police in these cases. Due to the excelent bilateral police cooperation, the involvement of the romanian home affairs attache in Hungary, and exchange of informations, including the relevant legislation in both countries, this practice was put to an end.
