Summary/Abstract: In general, almost all the training systems are based upon the two big componets, wich are the general physical training and selfdefence training. Each institution realizes the training through its own means and methods. In all systems of general physical training aims at developing motor skills, while preparing for self-defense is a priority task of arming students with luggage fighting techniques of traditional sports. In some cases, the distances may differ, in others the number of repetitions, but what should be remembered is that all systems have the same objectives of training in physical education.
