Summary/Abstract: Religion is an important social phenomenon in terms of its interaction with both social change and social conflict and cohesion. In this context, in the historical and present process, it is seen that religion is in constant interaction with both conflict phenomenon and conflict resolution phenomenon. In today's world where there are different social conflicts, religion is at the center of some conflict examples and conflict resolution efforts. In addition, some important intractable conflicts, which started in the 20th century, adversely affect multiple societies and the social environment, are still ongoing. Efforts to resolve different types of conflicts between individuals, groups and communities where multiple factors are effective result in different ways.
