Summary/Abstract: In any colony or less social, man is involuntarily entered an elementary notion of measure or justice, namely that the independence of its acts can not be unbounded. Human relationships must be established, taking account of their mutual interests, which implied a general discipline of individual activities. This restriction of each initiative for the benefit of the common good concept forms the basis of Law. Training of law is a necessary consequence of any social colony. Right in the widest sense is a set of social rules binding people. Living in society robs man's individuality or powers arising from it. Freedom of its actions is not unlimited. The limit is the need to coordinate the activities of all members of those special social community.
