Summary/Abstract: Sociologists have found that certain areas or environments encourage delinquency, making land suitable for organized crime. Success and well-being drug traffickers and other criminals involved in criminal activities are role models for young people in places where there are no alternatives for social progress. Source organized crime finds its place in the collapse and thus malfunction of the system (meaning the whole system), which has made the following changes in the former totalitarian states, organized crime to grow very rapidly, surpassing legal structures, dispelling banking circuits, taking over the political class managed to intimidate or to overwhelm the repressive system.
