Summary/Abstract: Benefits of EU central intelligence agencies would bring more coordinated efforts to collect information from different sources, such as open source, common budget requests by collecting and analyzing information shared economic and political accountability. It requires a European Union autonomous capacity for gathering information. Considering the continuing need to streamline resource consumption, demands that INTCEN need to receive the right to access information from political interest.
