Personality traits associated with counterproductive behaviors

Summary/Abstract: The recent studies show that are some changes regarding the definition and the measurement of personality from a clinical perspective. In this respect a new model of features, specific of personality disorders,can be seen as a prototype, maladaptive, similar to FFM. In this article is underlined that this model presented in DSM 5 and it’s similarity with the dimensional structure of normal personality may have implications on the assessment of counterproductive behavior.
