Summary/Abstract: The authors deal with the issue of the right to privacy of children on the Internet from the aspect of international and domestic regulations in the field of personal data protection. In this regard the authors try to address certain issues related to the form of violating the right to privacy of children on the Internet by publishing their personal data on social networks and electronic media, as well as the question of the responsibility of adults above all for such acts. The aim of this paper is to advocating the problem of violating the right to privacy of children on the Internet by parents teachers trainers peers or media workers as well as the relationship between such acts and children's dignity and security.
