The usefulness of the Ramsar sites of Poland for ornithological tourism

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to discuss possibilities of using Ramsar sites for ornithological tourism and to assess current development of tourism infrastructure. Point bonitation as well as other field and desk research methods were used. The research was performed in two scales. In a general scale sixteen Ramsar sites were studied, and the detail scale research was performed on two of them: Biebrza and Słowińki NationalPark.
