International Services Trade Competitiveness of EU-27 Countries

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the current research is to assess the international services trade competitiveness of EU-27 countries. To assess the competitiveness of member countries we use market share competitiveness matrix, export value and structure and RCA indices. The research results show that EU-27 countries differ not only in terms of values of exports but also in structure, specialization and competitiveness. Using the market share competitiveness matrix we classified the countries in different groups according to the degree of competitiveness.
