Ethical Codes between Morality and Law

Summary/Abstract: The connection between morality and law is presented here through the problem of ethical codes from two perspectives. On the one hand, this relation is analyzed from point of view of the normative content of ethical codes. On the other hand, the problem of institutionalization of morality and ethics is considered. Thus the contemporary situation of moral regulation in society can be revealed.
