Summary/Abstract: Education is a non-material sector of the economy, combining a set of subsectors and business entities that provide educational services and produce educational products taking into account the needs of a homogeneous consumer market or functional purpose and are aimed at the reproduction of human capital. The essential characteristics of education as a branch of the economy is that it covers the creation, distribution and consumption of educational services and products. Education management is a general scientific concept, principles, laws of development, which are the basis for designing the development of an educational organization and increasing its effectiveness
