Summary/Abstract: Municipal management under the conditions of globalization is perceived in the European context as a model of efficient management of the Romanian society. The essence of this model supposes that the pyramid of public administration is not based on the needs of the state structures, but on impulses formed by the demands of civil society. Nowadays, municipal management has become much more complicated. The main factor behind this complication is the factor of globalization and the formation of a unique global economic and information society
