Summary/Abstract: Based on a survey of 136 students, their ideas about a mutual guilt of subjects of interpersonal, intergroup and international interactions were determined. In the field of interpersonal communication, the most significant were the assessments of guilt in relations with mother and father, as well as with school teacher, who had the greatest influence. In the field of intergroup interactions, the most important was the attribution of guilt in relations between young people and the older generation, between students and university teachers; also groups that impede the Ukrainian society development were condemned. The main accusing tendencies in the field of interethnic interactions were directed against the Russians. Among the individual communicative qualities, neuroticism, a tendency to frustration, physical aggression, irritation, social desirability and conscientiousness turned out to be sensitive to blames
