Summary/Abstract: At present time, the research of social representations is facilitated by the variety of quantitative and qualitative methods and techniques proposed by researchers of the given domain. The usage of these “tools” of research is determined by the aspect or peculiarities of social representation that should be studied. In the given study, we present the results of our research regarding the social representation of forensic psychological expertize in the Republic of Moldova. As methodological tool, we used the method of free evocation and the hierarchization of choices, in order to shape the structure of social representation of the interested notion, namely the central core and peripheral elements
