Summary/Abstract: Although without precedent in our recent history, this difficult period for the Romanian economy, generated by the COVID-19 pandemic could also be a period of reflection and deep analysis of both challenges and fiscal opportunities, many of which, even though they have existed for some time, are not exploited to their true potential by the private sector for various reasons, such as lack of time or focus on daily activities. We review below some of these available opportunities, both existing and new.
