The Picture of Teaching Foreign Languages Based on Language Autobiographies

Summary/Abstract: The language autobiographies contain descriptions of one’s own language learning process, in which special attention is paid to complications in this process and attempts to overcome them. Individual problems are presented in them in a subjective and emotional way, but descriptions are free, open and usually construed from a greater perspective of time. The aspects of language learning are described against the backdrop of quantitative research, published reports and other publications, as well as opinions of consulted teachers. Consequently, more complete picture of teaching foreign languages in schools settings was created.
