Summary/Abstract: One of the most important conditions for successful pedagogical activities is to guarantee current knowledge and abilities development and to satisfy personal, professional and personality development needs of each teacher. Thus it is important to supply high quality conditions for satisfaction of these needs at university, and they would correspond personal, social and professional needs of each learner. Students are best aware of the teachers’ work that includes research, creative work and provision of professional services (Savickiene, 2006). We present the features of teacher activities in vocational training program “Professional pedagogy” in this article. We analyze results of quantitative research revealing the main advantages and shortcomings, as well as improvement areas.
