Professional work of people with disabilities and their problems

Summary/Abstract: The article focuses on problems of professional work. The article also presents ideas on how to activate the disabled’s professional activity. Moreover,based on my own research, an attempt has been made to point out the factors influencing the disabled’s activity. The reasearch findings, based on results from secondary schools in Lubuskie Voivodeship,have shown the need for creating a flexible support system which would be accessible not only to the disabled but also their families.
