Summary/Abstract: The remarkable increase of the quality importance has been determined mainly by the increasing competition, complexity of products and the processes to achieve them, demanding customers and continuously improving society. The planning stages and objectives of management for implementing total quality system can be achieved using methods that can be considered preventive, to the extent that their use leads to non-quality prevent, reduce costs and increase efficiency. One such method is the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) which is a method used in planning quality in order to achieve some products whose quality characteristics match the customer expressed and implied needs. The method to prepare a draft for a product that meets customer demands should follow few steps. First there is an investigation to establish which product features the customers expect and their importance. There have been also made the comparisons concerning the performance of other companies.
