Summary/Abstract: The author has revealed the content of the investment effect of education services and the main approaches to determining this effect. The author has characterized initial, current, and prospective results of investments of human beings, business organizations, and governments in higher education, determined their indicators, and disclosed peculiarities of their interrelation. Having compared expenses and results of investing funds in training professionals by higher education institutions of Ukraine, the author analyses the rate and dynamics of the investment effect of their education services.
