Summary/Abstract: Hate speech is widespread throughout the entire Internet user’s community. This paper describes the characteristics of this phenomenon and some of its manifestations. Based on Internet users’ comments the profile of typical Internet hater with motives and objectives of his/her actions is presented. The author presents the forms of preventing hating on the Web.
