The contribution this poet has received from the popular spirit was given back to the Romania culture thru definitive lines for language, culture and national poetry. Eminescu arrived in Lugoj with Mihai Pascaly’s theatre band between 4 - 26 (28) july 1868, when Mihai was only 18. This event will remain forever in the conscience and soul of people of Lugoj.
