International Movement for Didactic through Art – Utopia or the Future of the School

Summary/Abstract: At the beginning of the 20th century, a whole new meaning was introduced in the concepts enlightened during the Enlightenment: child, education, school and creativity. The new processes in art, the new theories related to children’s psychology, the development and origins of children’s painting activity, and especially the interest in children’s drawing, find their reflection in the attitude to the place of art in school and its importance for moral and psychological development of child.
