Summary/Abstract: Matlûbu Külli Tâlib min Kelâmi Emîri’l-mü’minîn Alî bin Ebî Tâlib is one of the well-known Persian works of Reşîdüddîn Vatvat (d. AH 578 / AD. 1182 ), who’s a well-known poets and writers of the Khorezm period. Reşîdüddîn, the translator, in this booklet had translated hunderd sayings into prose and then had written these sayings in gendre of poetry accordance with an appropriate verse. One of the literary figures who translated the work of pen pusher Reşid is Manastırlı Mehmed Rifat Bey, one of the final period of Ottoman poets and writes. In this study, primarily the translation of Mehmed Rifat Bey is introduced and analysed; then it’s translation version in new Turkish letters and text transferred to contemporary Turkish are presented.
