Summary/Abstract: While the populist wave is growing steadily, disputes on this issue continue. Especially Europe is echoed by the rising voice of right-wing populists. Populist politics, created on the axis of the economic crisis, terrorism and migration, constitutes the discourse that is based on the distinction between we and them through identity building. At this point, there is a worthwhile relationship between post-modernism and post-structuralism's constructive identity perception and populist politics. The right populists of Europe also draw attention with the concepts of nation-identity and European identity that they have built. In this article, the European identity built with the concept of populism has been evaluated and it has been concluded that the “other” built by the right populism in the discourses is constantly changing with reproduction.
