Summary/Abstract: Lifelong education and career management for all employees in any organization is of great interest, especially to the younger employee population. Employee education is one of the core activities of the human resources management system. We live in a world of dynamic relationships when changes occur almost daily in all areas of social life and work. Changes are mostly happening in the field of knowledge, and since knowledge is the greatest asset of any organization, investing in employee knowledge is the best investment. A career is a subjective view, objectively determined, on a personal understanding of the future within an organization, and is maintained on the individual's overall life. All of the above applies to the police organization, both in terms of lifelong education and career planning. Only educated police officers who permanently acquire the much needed new knowledge can effectively carry out entrusted tasks and tasks that are of interest to all our citizens. The possibility of a transparent promotion is an important motivating factor for police officers.
