ARENA ZAGREB AS A PROJECT ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

Summary/Abstract: Arena Zagreb Arena Zagreb COVID-19 hospital is organized according to the project organization model, i.e., as a project organizational structure of the University Hospital Centre Sestre Milosrdnice in Zagreb, to provide assistance to the health care system during the COVID-19 pandemic for the city of Zagreb and Zagreb County. University Hospital Centre Sestre Milosrdnice is a 175-year-old hospital and the second largest hospital in the Republic of Croatia. This paper discusses the need for organization, that is, for organizational structures as a key factor of any organization, primarily about project organizational structures with a specific example of a project organizational structure. Throughout his entire history of existence, man has been accompanied by an organization, whether he belonged to them or used them. We can say without hesitation that human organizations accompany man from birth to death, he belongs to different organizations even against his will. Organization and organizing are a constant in the life of every individual.
