Summary/Abstract: The intervention program proposes a conduct of meetings in as far as thepersonal development of teachers concerns. This program was held between October and December2019 at the "Prof. Nicolae Caranda" High School, Glogova-Gorj, Romania. Twenty teachers fromthis school took part in this program in order to develop their own psychosocial competences neededin the context of the hybridization of education according to the new school programs for thegymnasium level, that entered into force in 2017.
