Summary/Abstract: The article gives a view on some qualitieis of contemporary teachers,considered to be the most iportant in the context of hybridization of education: the ability to createrealtionships with pupils and colleagues, the ability to adapt to different roles, the level ofemotional intelligence, the ability of team-wotk, communication ability, the level of self-esteem.There were questioned 200 persons teachers from Gorj county, rural and urban environment, thatteach on 3 educational levels: preschool, primary and middle schools
