Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the design issues of intelligent information systems (IMS)and the opportunities that they open up for decision makers in the context of digital technologytransfer. A retrospective view of the issue and its projection on modern conditions allows us toformulate a design methodology, determine the structure of IMS, and identify the main problems inthe system of user interaction and decision support systems.
