Summary/Abstract: The interpersonal relationship between parents and school manifests communication with the intention of quality upbringing of children through a partnership. This type of interaction-communication relationship speaks in favor of developing defense mechanisms to the challenges and pressures that modern society is dealing with, especially when it comes to the family and school. Parental attitudes are crucial to internalizing a child’s positive opinion of school. If parents are proactively oriented even in the case of responding to risk factors influencing the child's behavior, it is very likely that they will model such future behaviors in children as well. One of the conditions for the educator/teacher to understand the child and his/her behavior in the educational institution is to know his/her family environment. The paper „Parents' satisfaction with the partnership with the school“ emphasizes the experience gained during online classes, but also takes into account previously acquired and mutually conditioned relationships. Significant results were obtained in favor of the future satisfaction of the family and the educational institution.
