Summary/Abstract: The conduct of the person in the society must be limited to the observance of the legal provisions and not to prejudice the rights and interests of the other members of the society. The responsibility of the parents for the deed of the minor was regulated in the New Civil Code for reasons related to equity, for the protection of the injured person, so that he can benefit from the recovery of the damage created by committing the wrongful act. This type of liability has multiple applicability in the sphere of practical activity, not only in civil cases, but also in the civil side of criminal actions.
