Summary/Abstract: This study deals with reviewing the legal provisions of the current Romanian Civil Code regarding the regulation of the concept of loss of chance in tort civil liability. As we well know, the victim has been waiting for the full and immediate remedy of the damage suffered, regardless of its patrimonial or non-patrimonial character.
