Summary/Abstract: Employees’ self-esteem and coping with stress are factors affecting the productivity and satisfaction process in the context of human Resources management. Self-esteem is a state of self-esteem and satisfaction with what they do, and it manifests itself as high or low self-esteem. Stress emerges as a factor that causes psychological problems that people occasionally encounter in every environment. Employee productivity and satisfaction are probably directly proportional to self-esteem and ability to cope with stress. In this study, it is aimed to examine the possible positive relationship between self-esteem and coping with stress in Bitlis Tatvan State Hospital and to reveal it in the Public in general, especially fort he nurses working there. In this study, descriptive and also relational model based quantitative data was used. As a result, it has been observed that nurses in Bitlis Tatvan State Hospital have high self-esteem and attitudes towards coping with stress, and both cases Show parallel values.
