Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to raise awareness and awareness about occupational diseases by introducing a different interpretation to the diagnostic and diagnostic criteria of occupational diseases in our country. Approval for research was obtained from Istanbul Gedik University Ethics Committee and the Istanbul Occupational Diseases Hospital for the purpose of examining patient records in the archive. The study's universe consists of 212 outpatients who applied to İstanbul Occupational Diseases Hospital between 08.07.2014 and 27.12.2017, Istanbul and the surrounding areas, working in different sectors and receiving E3 diagnosis (According to the Regulation on Determining the Working Force and Occupational Power Loss Rate, hearing loss diagnosis). The records of these patients, epicrisis forms and audiogram tests were examined. In a retrospective research format, demographic data as well as the number of chronic diseases, types of hearing loss in different frequency values obtained from audiograms, were created as frequency graphics in the SPSS programme. The results were discussed in terms of occupational health and occupational diseases.
