Summary/Abstract: Every individual who uses airline transportation prefers this transportation because they want to travel easily and quickly. For this reason, it can be said that the most important factor in measuring the service quality of the aviation sector is the technological services offered to individuals by passenger services. Considering all the circumstances, it is necessary for passenger services units in the civil aviation sector to closely follow technology and carry out studies to increase the quality of service for passengers. Technologies offered for passenger services in civil aviation promise to change the shape of the travel experience. Frequent travelers demand information and services that facilitate planning, booking, and the airport experience. It is a known fact that the technological services offered specifically for passenger services offer advantages to civil aviation enterprises in improving the service quality.
