Summary/Abstract: Technological developments have changed business relations, business methods, processes and processes in business life, and these changes have revealed new needs for employees. These needs, ranging from providing internet access to digital management, are seen as factors that shape employees' behavior and affect their motivation in working life. Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory is basically a motivational theory that suggests that needs were the main motivators that direct human behavior and that there is a ranking among these needs. Theory is also widely used in the search for needs that motivate employees in workplaces. In this study, the needs of the employees in the working life that has become digital with technological change and transformation were evaluated in the context of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory.
