Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of mobbing on organizational justice and intention to leave. The sample of the research consists of 200 people formed by the convenience sampling method. The survey method was used to collect research data. The questionnaire form which was used in the research contains the Sociodemographic Form, Negative Acts Questionnaire-Revised, Justice Scale and Intention to Leave Scale. Analysis of the research obtained data performed by SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) 26.0 package program. The results that were obtained within the scope of the findings of the study; there is a moderate, negative and significant relationship between mobbing and perception of organizational justice and there is a moderate, positive and significant relationship between mobbing and intention to leave. According to the results of the analysis, mobbing has a statistically significant and negative effect on the perception of organizational justice and on it’s sub-dimensions (distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice). The findings indicate that mobbing has a significant and positive effect on intention to leave.
