Summary/Abstract: The main goal of teachers is to improve their teaching style, to stimulate the students' motivation forlearning, and to create the best levers for effective and sustainable learning, which ensures a concern for theorganization of training and teaching mobility through the Erasmus+ program. The benefits of these mobilities are theexpression of the consolidation of some professional and personal relations with other partner institutions. Thus,teachers have the opportunity to continuously update teaching methods and study topics for similar disciplines, ensuregreater flexibility in teaching, reflected in the interdisciplinary approach of music subjects taught, constructive reportingat European university level, and also, confirmation of existence of a personal didactic approach, according toEuropean norms.This paper presents the results of a questionnaire applied to teachers from the National Academy ofMusic Gheorghe Dima from Cluj-Napoca, as well as their interpretation.
