Summary/Abstract: The subject of this article is the issue of the legal situation of pregnant women sentenced to imprisonment, women who gave birth while serving their sentence of imprisonment, and women placed with their children in places of imprisonment. In this connection, pregnancy and childbirth are considered as prerequisites for the interruption and postponement of imprisonment. It also gives a brief overview of some of the problems in practice in the current order.
